Exhibition Space
The Monona Terrace is a state of the art, LEEDS certified facility, located one block from the Wisconsin State Capital building and on beautiful Lake Monona.
Incentives for Presenting at the Exhibition
Exhibitors are given access to a myriad of industry resources and contacts, a fantastic recruiting opportunity with dedicated students from the top research institutions across the country, and visibility within and without the energy industry, including the Wisconsin legislature and Washington, DC interests.
Exposition Rates
Exhibition fees are recorded as donations to the Roosevelt Institution, a 501(c)(3) non-profit, and are tax-deductible.
Universities of Wisconsin - $100.00 per department booth, first booth free Private universities and graduate schools - $300.00 per booth For profits and non profits - $100.00 per booth
Booth Amenities
Attendees are responsible furnishing their own displays. Each reservation will include 8’x2.5’ table and two chairs. We will try to accommodate any additional requests.
Booth Attendant Registration
Each booth registration will include conference passes for two attendees which will include access to panels and the exposition. Each additional pass is $200.
Booth Reservation Deadline
Registration for the expo begins July 1st and closes October 12th. Booth Reservations must be completed online at rooseveltenergy.org/expo. Payment can be done by credit card or check. For checks, select "Bill Me Later" on the web registration form and make your payment out to Roosevelt Energy. All checks can be mailed to Roosevelt Institution at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, 119 West Gorham Street Suite 8, Madison, WI 53703.
