The Roosevelt Institution is seeking funds to aid our work in generating public policy research by college students related to the ongoing renegotiation of America's social contract. At the University of Wisconsin-Madison, a unique opportunity has been created with unique students and unique ideas - a conference on energy, led by the leaders of this new generation, in the beginning of the presidential political season - it is a time and a place that everyone will be watching.
